British film actress Janette Scott began her career in the 1940s as a child star. The daughter of Dame Thora Hird she went on to play leading roles in a plethora of films in the 50s and 60s. One time partner of Sir David Frost, Janette was also married to the singer Mel Torme. In Part One of this special interview (recorded during the Pandemic) she speaks candidly to Ashley about her life in Beverly Hills and working with a variety of names including James Stewart, Ronald Reagan, Gene Kelly, Terry Thomas, John Le Mesurier and Marlene Dietrich. She also reflects on being brought up by Dame Thora.  Part Two of this special episode will be released soon.
